Izabella Effenberg playing the glasharfe

Izabella Effenberg

Multiinstrumentalistin

I am a multi-instrumentalist from Poland, currently living in Germany. My musical journey is guided by curiosity and a deep love for sound. I play a variety of rare and fascinating instruments, such as the glass harp, array mbira, steeldrum, sundrum, waterphone, and many more. I am constantly searching for new instruments and sonic colors that allow my music to grow and evolve in unexpected ways.

Over the years, I have been very fortunate to share the stage and studio with wonderful and inspiring musicians, including Bugge Wesseltoft, Jan Lundgren, Lars Danielsson, Nils Landgren, Magnus Öström, Rhoda Scott, Quadro Nuevo, Katja Riemann, Nicole Johänntgen, Susan & Martin Weinert, Ellen Andrea Wang, Efrat Alony, and many others.

I love connecting with open-minded artists and people who are curious about sound, resonance, and new musical dimensions. If you enjoy exploring unusual sound worlds and genuine musical encounters, I warmly invite you to join me on this journey.
